How to Cook Chicken Stew

A simple but delicious chicken stew that is best served with cooked rice.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of frozen chicken
- 3 cups of tomato puree
- 3 medium onions
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 medium fresh ginger
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 seasoning cubes
- 1-tablespoon thyme
- 1-tablespoon curry powder
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt to taste
