How to cook couscous with vegetables

Ingredients:
1 cup of dry couscous
1 medium smoked fish/chicken, shredded
5 medium tomatoes chopped
One medium onion, chopped
3 medium carrots, chopped
2 scotch bonnets, blended
1 small ginger, blended
2 seasoning cubes
1 cup of chopped spring onion
Curry and thyme, 1 teaspoon each
Salt to taste
