How To Cook Okra Pepper Soup Or Gbagbafofo (Oilless Okra Soup)

This Okra pepper soup is known as Gbagbafofo or Oilless okra soup. This delicious okra pepper soup is mostly eaten by the Delta State people in Nigeria. This soup is basically combination of pepper soup and okra. It is spicy and flavorful. This soup can be eaten with any type of swallow but traditionally, you eat it with starch plantain and yellow garri and its very healthy too, because is cook with no oil.
INGREDIENTS USED:

2 Egidije or Uda, ehuru etc
2 Tablespoons Of Grinded Crayfish 2 Tablespoons Of Pepper Soup Spice
1 Teaspoon Of Salt
3 Habanero de-seeded and minced
1 Teaspoon Cameroon Pepper (black pepper)
2 Maggi Cubes
Beletete Leaf
Beef
Periwinkle (optional)
1 Smoked Fish,
2 Handful Of Prawns Or Shrimps (optional)
