How To Make Apple Chips Without Dehydrator Easy

Watch how simple it is to make crispy apple chips! A quick, delicious and healthy snack. SO much better than potato chips! I'll be shocked if you have any leftover, but you can store in an airtight container for 2 days if you do :)

You need:
Apples (as many as you'd like)
Cinnamon
Optional: sea salt and/or sugar

Slice apples as thin as possible. Much easier to do on a mandolin! Place on a baking sheet on top of parchment paper. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place in a 200 F oven for 45 minutes. Take out, flip each piece over and sprinkle this side with cinnamon. Put back in your oven until crisp. Depending on how thick you made them, they may take longer. But if they are thin, should only take another 45 minutes! Take them out, let them cool (if you can wait) and then enjoy!
