Or a little less of ceylon cinnamon1 tsp. Apple sauce, unsweetened tsp. Arrowroot, or cornstarch Topping:3 Tbsp. of a ripe banana, mashed until liquified1 Tbsp. almond flour1 Tbsp. coconut flour1 Tbsp. applesauce, unsweetened tsp. Vanilla extractPinch of salt2 scoops collagen protein powder, optional tsp. Ceylon cinnamon1 tsp. Butter, melted1 tsp. Coconut sugar2 tsp- 1 Tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or milk alternative.Directions:Place the sliced apple into a mug and add the coconut sugar, cinnamon, applesauce and arrowroot and stir to toss and coat the apples. Place in the microwave and cook for 1 minute and up to 1 minute 30 seconds on high. Stir and you will notice the apples will cook down some. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, collagen powder, and coconut sugar with a whisk. Then add the wet ingredients to this bowl: the mashed banana, applesauce, vanilla extract and the melted butter. Stir and then add the almond milk.Pour or dollop the topping onto the apples in the mug. Place in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes. Check the topping. It will most likely need to cook an additional 30 seconds to 3 minutes total cooking time. You are looking for the topping to pull away from the sides of the mug.Remember to use a large mug to prevent the apple filling from boiling over in your microwave. Or place your mug on a plate to catch any spills. You can serve this as is or with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy! Thanks for watching and sharing!Rockin RobinP.S.
