How to Make Arancini

Easy homemade rice balls that you can make for breakfast.

Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cup of arborio rice.
- 100 grams of mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes.
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder
- 1 cup of chopped onion.
- 1/4 tsp of salt.
- 2 minced garlic cloves.
- 2 tbsp of olive oil and enough oil for deep frying the arancini balls.
- 1 tbsp of butter.
- 1/2 cup of white wine.
- 1 tsp lemon zest.
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- 4 cups of chicken broth or vegetable broth.
- 3 eggs.
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 cup of flour
