Teriyaki Sauce (Gluten Free & Paleo) https://youtu.be/OTPXELTt0Xc

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:
1 baguette, can be gluten free
21 - 30 size shrimp, shelled and deveined
Bacon cut each slice in half
Avocado, approximately 1 for every 10 appetizers
Salt
Olive oil
Lemon juice 1 tsp. per avocado
Teriyaki sauce, from previous video
Toothpicks

Directions:
Slice the baguette into slices inch thick. Place the slices on a baking pan and place in the oven to broil until browned.

Remove from the oven and turn each slice of bread over and brush olive oil lightly over each piece. Return to the oven and broil again until lightly golden brown 1 minute or 2.

In a frying pan over medium heat, lay the bacon and cook until just done. Remove the bacon to a paper towel covered plate to drain and cool. If you cook the bacon until its real crispy, it will be hard to wrap the pieces of bacon around the shrimp. Secure each bacon wrapped shrimp with a toothpick.

After you assemble each shrimp, dunk each piece into the teriyaki sauce, completely covering it by spooning sauce over it. Place each piece on the baking sheet lined with foil (for easy cleanup).

Place the bacon wrapped shrimp in a 375 degree F. oven for about 10 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and translucent.

Mash the avocado in a bowl and add lemon juice and salt and mix well. Spread each baguette with a heaping amount of avocado and place the bacon wrapped shrimp on top. Garnish with chopped parsley on top.
