How to make CAESAR SALAD/Easy Recipe made with Kids

Caesar salad was actually started by Caesar Cardini in 1924 at his restaurant, Tijuana. Not Julius Caesar.
In this video, we make our Caesar salad by starting with the dressing in a wooden bowl, then adding and keeping the integrity of the romaine leaf whole.

two heads of romaine (use the smaller inside pieces and save the outer pieces to chop for another salad)
about 1/4-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
freshly ground pepper
the juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
several glugs of worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 anchovy
about 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
homemade croutons

in a large wooden bowl, squeeze the lemon juice, add the mustard, anchovy, cheese, egg, worcestershire sauce and garlic. using two forks, press and pull on top of the anchovy, breaking it up into dressing. Slowly add the extra virgin olive oil and whisk. Rinse and spin the lettuce then add the croutons.

You can add salt if you like, but the anchovy and cheese provide a saltiness so add to your liking.

Be inspired, get creative and include the kids.
