How to Make Cauliflower Fried Rice

A healthy fried rice alternative that is gluten-free, has low carbs and has fewer calories.

Ingredients:
- 1 large head of Cauliflower
- 1/2 cup of Green peas
- 1 large chopped Carrots
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup of Red Bell Peppers
- 2 tbsp of light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 cup of chopped Onions
- 3 tbsp of Sesame Oil
- 3 minced Garlic Cloves
- 3 tbsp of chopped Green onions (spring onions)
- A pinch of salt.
