How to Make Chicken Fricassee

Easy homemade chicken fricassee recipe made with mushrooms and sauteed chicken. Chicken fricassee is a classic French dish that combines chicken and some vegetables, cooked in a white sauce flavored with wine.

Ingredients:
- 8 Chicken pieces
- 1 can of sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp of salt
- 4 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 300g of white mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 large onion
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 3 tbsp of flour
- 2 medium-sized carrots
- 3 cups of chicken stock
- 1 and 1/2 tsp of chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
- 1 tbsp of chopped parsley.

Chicken fricassee recipe can be served with mash potato, boiled rice, or crsuty bread.
