The dough can also be easily frozen so you can have a delicious dessert any time. Ingredients: cup cashew butter1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed, and dried1 tsp. Vanilla extract cup honey tsp. Baking soda1 tsp. Baking powder1 cup milk chocolate chips, Guittard is my favorite brand2 pinches of saltDirections:Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Place all the ingredients except the chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until everything is well combined and smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. You can refrigerate the dough if you wish to firm up the dough but is not necessary.Drop dough onto a lined cookie sheet using a tablespoon. Press the dough down a little as the dough does not spread out when cooking.
