How to Make Chilaquiles

Easy Mexican chilaquiles recipe; a simple breakfast dish made of corn tortilla chips with some toppings such as green or red salsa, cheese, and scrambled eggs.

Ingredients:
- corn tortilla chips
- 2 scrambled eggs
- 2 cups of olive oil
- Mexican cheese
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 green chili
- 4 red ancho chilies
- 1/4 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- red chili flakes
- 1/2 cup of sliced onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 riped avocado for garnishing.
- Crema Mexicana
- diced tomatoes
