How to Make Chimichurri

This is an Argentine sauce used commonly for roasted meat or grilled steak. It can also be used as an ingredient in cooking. This can be served as a table condiment for grilled meat. It is also common in Uruguayan cuisines.

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of finely chopped parsley.
- 3 minced garlic.
- 1/4 cup of olive oil.
- 1 small bunch of oregano leaves (finely chopped).
- 1 small shallot (finely chopped).
- 1/4 tsp of salt.
- 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar.
