This dalgona coffee recipe originated in South Korea at the beginning of the coronavirus. It's now super popular and goes by many different names like cloud coffee, whip coffee, frothy coffee, whipped coffee, cold latte, tiktok coffee, magic coffee and more.

It is a delicious specialty coffee that is super easy to make and only takes minutes to whip up.

Delgona Coffee Recipe, makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. instant coffee, can be espresso or regular
2 Tbsp. coconut sugar or other granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. hot water
Almond milk, or your favorite
Ice cubes
1 - 2 tsp. Date paste https://youtu.be/1KgJw4VyWDQ or other sweetener

Directions:
Boil water on the stove. Place the instant coffee, sugar and hot water into a mixing bowl. Using a hand electric mixer, beat until mixture is light and fluffy, like mousse.

Pour your almond milk into a mug about full. Add date paste if using and stir to combine. Add ice cubes and top with the cloud coffee whip to float on top. You want to add about half of the mixture.

Dust with cocoa powder, coffee powder, chocolate syrup or honey if you wish. To drink, stir to mix in the cloud coffee with the milk for a delicious specialty coffee every bit as good as Starbucks. The ingredients are clean and pure so probably better than Starbucks!
