This is a quick and easy way to make deviled eggs. Ingredients:3 eggs1 tsp dijon mustard1 1/2 tsp mayonaisedash of paprika1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegarsalt and pepper to taste2 slices of bacon, small pieces *optionalChives (about 4 strands), finely diced *optionalBring a small pot of water to a boil, drop in 3-5 eggs, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Once the time is up, put the eggs in ice water to stop the cooking. once cool to the touch, gently tap the egg on a solid surface, and roll the egg. Gingerly peel off the skin.To make the filling:slice each egg in half and set aside the white parts on a plate. In a mixing bowl, add the yolk portion and crush up using the back of a fork then add the mustard, mayo, s&p, and vinegar. Mix well. using a spoon, fill the egg white halves with the egg yolk filling.
