How to make Deviled Eggs with Bacon/ Simple Recipe

This is a quick and easy way to make deviled eggs.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp mayonaise
dash of paprika
1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
2 slices of bacon, small pieces *optional
Chives (about 4 strands), finely diced *optional


Bring a small pot of water to a boil, drop in 3-5 eggs, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Once the time is up, put the eggs in ice water to stop the cooking.

once cool to the touch, gently tap the egg on a solid surface, and roll the egg. Gingerly peel off the skin.
To make the filling:
slice each egg in half and set aside the white parts on a plate. In a mixing bowl, add the yolk portion and crush up using the back of a fork then add the mustard, mayo, s&p, and vinegar. Mix well. using a spoon, fill the egg white halves with the egg yolk filling.
Sprinkle with chives and bacon or separate the two like we did in the video.
