How To Make Energy Balls (No Bake)

Energy Balls Makes about 2 to 2 dozen

Ingredients:
cup almonds
cup walnuts
2 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Cinnamon
cup raisins
1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
cup quick oats
2 Tbsp. protein powder
cup honey
cup peanut butter, or a bit more if necessary
cup chocolate chips, optional

Directions:
Place the almonds and walnuts in a food processor and pulse to desired consistency. Add the cinnamon, chia seeds, protein powder and oats and pulse again.

Pour this mixture into a large bowl and add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, coconut oil and honey and mix until everything is combined. I like to heat the honey and coconut oil so its easier to mix.

Once combined, add the chocolate chips and or raisins and mix until incorporated. Make little ball shapes with the dough and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
Feel free to substitute your favorite ingredients for a healthy and delicious snack.
