Chia seeds1 tsp. Vanilla extract1 tsp. Cinnamon cup raisins1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted cup quick oats2 Tbsp. protein powder cup honey cup peanut butter, or a bit more if necessary cup chocolate chips, optionalDirections:Place the almonds and walnuts in a food processor and pulse to desired consistency. Add the cinnamon, chia seeds, protein powder and oats and pulse again.Pour this mixture into a large bowl and add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, coconut oil and honey and mix until everything is combined. I like to heat the honey and coconut oil so its easier to mix.Once combined, add the chocolate chips and or raisins and mix until incorporated.
