00:01:51 - Pork tenderloin cooking time and temperatures

Ingredients

1 1/2 - 2 lbs pounds pork tenderloin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 tablespoons butter
5 cloves minced garlic


Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2 00:00:18 - Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper and then sprinkle Italian seasoning over.

3 00:00:49 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt butter and add in garlic. Stir 1 minute.

4 00:01:16 - Sear pork tenderloin in the butter until all sides are browned. Transfer to an oven safe dish and bake in the oven 10 to 15 minutes, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (medium rare) or 160 degrees F (medium).

5 00:02:12 - Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
