How to make healthier chocolate banana quick bread

This will show you how to make a healthy, super moist and double chocolate banana bread. Don't eat the whole loaf, but you can feel better about having this for dessert or with your morning coffee because it will have more whole foods and less man-made processed foods. Wait - healthy banana bread, no sugar? Is that possible? Yes, it is, you will definititely want to add this to your file if healthy recipes. For a start it adds a blend of white and whole wheat flours (going 100% whole wheat might turn away pickier eaters). It removes inflammatory, processed vegetable oil and swaps in heart healthy coconut oil which also adds a wonderful moistness to this banana bread. It has also removed horribly addictive man made sugar and replaced it with honey. Make it even healthier by swapping almond flour for the whole wheat/white flour combo as well as swapping one of the eggs for a flax "egg" (1T ground flax seed + 3T water, mix together and let congeal for 10 minutes).

Recipe:
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
(Or substitute 1.75 cups almond flour for the white and whole what flour to make it keto friendly)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1t baking powder
1t baking soda
pinch of salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup organic honey
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted then slightly cooled
2t vanilla extract
3 large bananas, very ripe
3/4 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened preferred
1 cup chocolate chips, 100% cacao for healthiest option
Steps
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour (2) 9x5 loaf pans
2. melt the coconut oil and let cool slightly (still should be clear liquid)
3. combine first 6 ingredients (all dry) in a medium bowl
4. Mash bananas in another medium bowl
5. combine eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract in bowl with mashed banana and mix with an electric mixer
6. add non-dairy milk and wet ingredients to dry ingredients. mix until well incorporated. Then fold in chocolate chips.
7. divide equally into two pans, bake for 45-50 minutes or until internal temperature is between 195-200 degrees F. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
