A simple stew made with wine, lamb or mutton, and some vegetables such as carrots and potatoes. Ingredients:- 700 grams of lamb or mutton- 1 can of Guinness- 7 pieces of Russet Potatoes cut into chunks- 5 medium-sized Carrots (chopped)- 1 tbsp of chopped Parsley - for garnishing.- 2 tbsp of Tomato paste- 750 ml of Lamb broth- 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce - for more taste and color.- 4 tbsp of vegetable oil.- 1 tsp of Black pepper powder.- 1 and 1/2 cup of chopped Onions- 2 chopped Celery sticks- 3 minced Garlic cloves- 1/2 tsp of Salt- 4 sprigs of fresh Thyme.- 2 Bay leaves
