How to Make Isiewu

How to prepare isi ewu (goat head), a popular Nigerian food recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 Goat head
- 1 teaspoon of edible potash, (also called Kanwa in Hausa, or Akanwu/Kaun)
- 1 handful of Utazi leaves
- 6 pieces ehuru - also known as calabash nutmeg; ground.
- 1 tablespoon goat meat mix spice
- 2 seasoning stock cubes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 medium fresh onions
- 2 scotch bonnets
- teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup of palm oil
- Salt to taste
