Recipe: How to Make Juicy BBQ Ribs | Without a Smoker | Thai Girl in the Kitchen

RIBS:
- 1kg. Pork Ribs (Can be spare ribs, baby-back ribs, any part of ribs you like)
- 1 tbsp Baking Soda (Bicarbonate of Soda)
- 1.5 Liter Water

Yummy BBQ Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds (or coriander powder)
- 4 tbsp Palm Sugar
- 300g Ketchup
- 300g Chili Sauce (Sriracha or any chili sauce you have)
- 4 tbsp White Vinegar or Apple Cider
- 1 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- Paprika Powder as you want
- 1 tsp Chili Powder [Optional]
- 1 Liter Water

- Oregano for topping
And side dishes of your choice.
