Kale is loaded with nutrition. One cup is loaded with vitamins K, A, and C not to mention low in calories and 3 grams of protein. It's also loaded with antioxidants so let's load up!

These chips make a great alternative to potato chips when you are in the mood for something salty. So make a batch and pull up a chair, kick back your feet and enjoy a movie while munching on these. You'll be healthier for it.

Kale Chip Recipe

1 bunch of curly kale
salt
olive oil
fresh parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Remove the kale from the stem into bite size pieces. Rinse kale under cold water and spin dry in a salad spinner.

Remember the kale needs to be completely dry. Spread the kale leaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle olive oil lightly over the leaves and rub the oil into all parts of the kale.

Spread the leaves out in a single layer with minimal overlap. Sprinkle with salt and a light dusting of grated parmesan cheese.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the kale is crispy and a light golden brown.

Cool slightly and get munching! I love how the texture is light, airy, and crunchy. These will be gone in a blink of an eye! Enjoy!
