How to Make Kimchi & Bulgogi Quesadillas

Juicy Korean barbequed steak paired with the refreshing zing of Kimchi, all melted together with ooey gooey cheese. The vehicle for these delicious bites are homemade tortillas *easier to make than you think!*

Tortillas:
2 c flour
ts salt
c water
3 tb oil
Bulgogi:
2 ribeyes
Asian Pear (or Bosc or Fuji apple)
4 cloves minced garlic
1 onion halved
c soy sauce
2 tb sesame oil
2 tb brown sugar
2 ts sesame seed
2 green onions, chopped
S & P
Other filling:
1 c chopped kimchi
2 c shredded cheese
