Make sure you bake your lemon souffle at 350 F not longer than 15 minutes, otherwise you can easily over cook it. Any souffle will deflate after 10-15 minutes, so state to bake it only when you are ready to eat it.

Ingredients:
cup flour (45g)
3 tbsp butter
1 cups milk (250ml)
cup sugar (60g)
4 egg yolks (3 oz)
4 egg whites (5oz)
1 tbsp sugar (1oz)
