How to Make Oxtail Stew

The classic Jamaican oxtail stew with potatoes.

Ingredients:
* 1.5 kg of Oxtail
* 5 medium-sized Potatoes (chopped into chunks)
* 1 cup of Red wine
* 1 tsp of Black Pepper
* 1 tsp of crushed Scotch Bonnet
* 4 diced fresh Tomatoes
* 2 and a half tbsp of Tomato paste.
* 2 medium-sized diced Carrots
* 1/2 tsp of dried Rosemary
* 4 minced Garlic Cloves
* 1 tsp of grated Ginger
* 1/2 tsp of Salt
* 4 tbsp of Sunflower Oil
* 3 tbsp of Beef seasoning cubes
* 1 and a half tsp of Browning
* Half Onion (diced)
* 1/4 cup of chopped Spring Onions
* 1 cup of minced Red and Green Bell peppers
* 1 tsp of thyme.
* 2 chopped Celery sticks
* 1 tbsp of Allspice
* 1 tsp of Paprika powder
* 1 tsp of Curry powder
* 1/2 tsp of dried Rosemary
* 2 Bay leaves
