How To Make Peppered Kpomo ( Ponmo ).

Peppered Kpomo or Ponmo is a delicacy. It is soft, hot, spicy and is very yummy. You can servethese peppered Kpomo with Yam, plantain, Potatoes and rice etc. Kpomo which has several names like cow skin, Ponmo or Kanda.
Ingredients Used:
7 mediumpieces of Kpomo (cow skin)
1 Tomato
2 Bell Peppers
3 Habanero Peppers
2 Onions
Handful Of Spinach leaves
1 Teaspoon Of Curry Powder
1 Teaspoon Of Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Of Ginger Powder
3 Maggi Cubes
1/4 Or Quarter Cup Of Vegetable Oil
Salt ( 1 Teaspoon use to boil the Kpomo while 1/2 or half use to cook the sauce)
Water
