Thank you very much for your support! ~ Rockin RobinI used a Fagor pressure cooker to make these ribs but Instant pot or instapot will work as well.Pressure Cooker Ribs Instant potIngredients:1 rack pork ribs2 tsp. Smoked paprika2 tsp. Garlic powder2 tsp. Ancho chile powder1 tsp. Chipotle chile pepper1 tsp. Ground cumin tsp. Garam masala1 tsp. Onion powder1 tsp. Salt2 tbsp. Brown sugar, packed1 cup waterBBQ sauce, your favoriteDirections:Mix all spices together in a bowl and stir to combine. Remove the membrane on the back side of the ribs by using a butter knife to lift it from the bones to get it started. Use a paper towel to grip the membrane and pull it from the ribs slowly.Rub the spices over all the ribs, front and back. Add the water to the pressure cooker. I cut the ribs in half and placed them on the long edge standing up in the pressure cooker. This will keep them out of the water and rinsing the spices off. If you have an insta/instant pot, you may have a basket insert to place the ribs.Place the lid on the cooker and secure it. Place the temperature on medium high and wait for the cooker to come up to pressure. In my case the pressure release valve hisses and rotates.Cook the ribs for 35 - 40 minutes under pressure. Release the pressure and check to see if your ribs are fall off the bone tender. Take the ribs out of the pressure cooker and place them on a foil covered baking sheet. Brush with your favorite bbq sauce on both sides of the ribs. Really slather it on. Thats how I like it.Bake in a 425 degree F. oven for about 10 minutes or until the sauce caramelizes a bit.Take them out and enjoy!
