Thank you very much for your support! ~ Rockin Robin***********Pumpkin Spice Latte RecipeIngredients:1 cup milk 2 % or whole4 Tbsp. pumpkin puree, no spices1 Tbsp. monk fruit sweetener, or your favorite, you can use coconut sugar, sugar, honey, maple syrup, etc.1 tsp. Vanilla extract1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice to cup of strong coffee or espresso, I used a French press to make this and takes 4 minutes. cup real whipped cream to garnish, mixed with 1 tsp. Sugar, and tsp. Vanilla extract1 - 2 scoops collagen protein powder.Mix the whipping cream in a chilled bowl and add the sugar and vanilla. Use a wire whisk to whip the cream, should take 2 to by hand.In a small saucepan, add the milk, pumpkin, sweetener, pumpkin spice, coffee, and collagen powder and whisk to combine. Dont let this boil, just bring it to a simmer. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla extract and stir. You can really get two servings out of this so pour into two cups, top with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin spice on top. It really is that simple. No chemicals, preservatives, additives etc. Just real food products you can pronounce!
