How To Make Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Easiest way to make roasted sweet potatoes! You can also use this recipe for white potatoes. Very simple to make and is delicious with chicken. Will be everyone's favorite weeknight meal!

You'll need:
2-4 sweet potatoes
2 onions
a few heads of garlic
2 tbls olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbls dried parsley (or your spice of choice!)
