How to Make Shrimp and Grits

This is also called breakfast shrimp; it is a southern dish that is made from white grits, stir-fried shrimp, and fried bacon.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Shrimp.
- 1 cup of white Grits
- 1 cup of grated Cheddar Cheese.
- 200 grams of diced Bacon.
- 2 tbsp of chopped Spring Onions.
- 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Powder.
- 1/4 tsp of smoked Paprika.
- 2 tbsp of chopped Parsley
- 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice.
- 3 minced Garlic cloves.
- 1/2 tsp of Salt.
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter.
- 1 tsp of Oregano.
- 2 cups of Vegetable stock or Chicken stock.
