How to Make Smothered Chicken

Easy soul food that you will enjoy with boiled rice.

Ingredients:
- 6 pieces of chicken thighs.
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tsp of paprika powder
- 1 tbsp and 3/4 tsp of All-purpose seasoning
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of chili powder
- 3/4 tsp of black pepper powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1/2 cup of cooking cream
- 1/2 of a small chopped onions
- 1 chopped green bell peppers
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
- 1 cup of all-purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1/2 cup of Vegetable oil for frying the chicken
