How to Make Stuffed Salmon Easy & Delicious Salmon Recipe

Citrusy, Creamy, watercress stuffed salmon (air fryer salmon).

I swapped traditional spinach in this recipe for watercress because Watercress is loaded with antioxidants, which can play a key role in maintaining immune function, enhancing eye health, promoting better blood sugar control and more. Win!

Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 8 min
Air fryer temp: 350 degrees F

Start by sauting the watercress:- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 3 cups @bwqualitygrowers watercress
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Prep the filling:- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- or swap for plain Greek yogurt- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Stuff the salmon with the watercress and cream cheese filling:
- 4 salmon filets skinless
- salt and pepper, to taste

Air fry the salmon at 350 degrees F for 8-10 min.

Let cool and Finish with some fresh squeezed lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

* To store. Transfer leftover stuffed salmon to an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

* To reheat. The best way to reheat cheese-stuffed salmon is in the fridge. Loosely cover the fish with foil and reheat it in the oven preheated to 300F degrees.
