Ingredients (2 servings)- 350g sweet potatoes- 50ml milk- 2 Tbsp sugar- 1 Tbsp black sesame Directions(1) Wash, peel and steam the sweet potatoes.(2) Mash the steamed sweet potatoes. Add milk, sugar, black sesame and mix well.(3) Put the batter into the clean plastic bag. Flatten the batter with a rolling pin and cut out with a cookie cutter. Be careful not to tear the batter.(4) Heat, oil the pan and cook on low heat until back and forth golden brown.
