How to Make Tabouleh Salad at Home

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Bulgur Wheat
- 1 bunch of mint leaves
- 3 bunches of parsley
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Chopped tomatoes and cucumber
- Salt to taste
- 2 squeezed lemons for lemon juice
- 1 chopped spring onions (green onions)
