How to Make the Perfect British Lamb Hot Pot

Lancashire Hotpot is a mutton stew that is topped with crispy sliced potatoes.

INGREDIENTS

600 grams of Lamb or Mutton
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp of Butter
1/4 tsp of Salt
1 tbsp of Plain Flour
1/4 tsp of dry thyme
4 medium-sized Russet Potatoes
500 ml of lamb stock
1 medium sliced Onion
2 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
3 small diced Carrot
2 Bay leaves
