How To Make Welsh Cakes - Egg Free & Dairy Free

Ingredients (Makes 15)
- 1 and 3/4 cups self-raising flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp mixed spice
- 1/2 cup cold vegan butter
- 1/4 cup raisins or chocolate chips
- 3-4 tbsp vegan milk of your choice

Welsh cakes are a traditional sweet treat enjoyed across Wales, popular since the 19th century. In the classic recipe, youll find ingredients such as eggs, milk and butter. But in this vegan interpretation, well be using a couple of substitutes so that you can achieve delicious results.
