How to Make Yam Pepper Soup

Ingredients:
1 kg of white yam cut into smaller chunks
kg of meat, tripe, tenderloin, or any type
3 cubes of bullion or Knorr cubes
3 pieces of Calabash nutmeg (ehuru), peeled and blended
1 large onion, chopped
3 fresh scotch bonnet or hot chili peppers
3 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
1 handful of fresh basil (scent leave)or mint leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
