HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE

1. Meals can last in fridge 3-4 days. Put the ones you won't eat within that time in the freezer.
2. If frozen, take out the night before you plan to eat it and place in fridge.
3. Reheat in a covered saute pan for a few minutes or eat cold... or put in your Hot Logic!

INGREDIENTS to make 4 MEALS:

3/4 cup brown rice
2 cups water

for chicken:
600g chicken breast
1 lemon (rind and juice)
1/4 cup arrowroot powder/flour

1 head broccoli (about 500g)
6 cloves garlic
1 small piece ginger
scallions for garnish
sesame seeds for garnish
salt/pepper

for sauce:
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup cold water
1 tbsp arrowroot powder/flour
