These ingredients will make 4 cups granola - which is 8 servings at 1/2 cup each:

2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pitted dates
1 tbls cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tbls honey

If you want to make a double batch, use a second tray, don't tray to cram it all onto one!
