HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE

1. Meals can last in your fridge for 4-5 days.
2. After that, freeze the meals, then take out the night before you plan to eat one and thaw in the fridge.
2. Reheat in a covered saute pan for a few minutes or eat cold... or put in your Hot Logic!
