HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE

1. Meals can last in your fridge for 5 days.
2. After that, freeze the meals, then take out the night before you plan to eat one and thaw in the fridge.
3. Reheat in a covered pot for a few minutes... or put in your Hot Logic!

INGREDIENTS are to make 4 MEALS:
But you can easily double or triple these ingredients to make more!

2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1.5 cups full fat Greek yogurt
1/2 lemon, squeezed
8 cloves garlic
4 chicken thighs*
4 chicken drumsticks*
1 head (600g) cauliflower
2 tbsp olive oil
coriander (cilantro) for optional garnish

*You can use whatever chicken you want, as long as there is about 250g of chicken meat per serving*
