How to Prepare Assorted Meat Stew

This assorted meat stew is a hit, different parts of cow meat (Intestine, kidney, liver, heart tripe) was used to prepare it. The taste of it is really different from the usual tomato stew prepared with beef, goat, or chicken.

Apart from rice, this pairs well with yam or boiled plantain; you should try this recipe out and leave me know your feedback.

Ingredients:
1 kg of assorted meat
10 medium tomatoes
6 large bell peppers
3 scotch bonnets
1 medium ginger
2 cloves of garlic
teaspoon thyme
teaspoon curry powder
1 cup of meat broth
A pinch of salt
3-4 stock cubes
1 cup of peanut oil
