How to Prepare Boiled Chicken

Boiling of chicken is one of the healthiest ways to prepare it; it is also very important to marinate your chicken overnight or properly before boiling it; this adds flavor and taste.

Ingredients:
500g of chicken breast, bone-in or skinless chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of curry or turmeric
teaspoon of black pepper
teaspoon of chilli pepper
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium garlic, grated
1 teaspoon of nutmeg, optional
1 teaspoon of oregano, optional
2 chicken stock cubes
4 scotch bonnets, optional
1 stick of celery or parsley
Salt to taste
