1 bowl of mashed potatoes
1 tbsp of cooking oil
1 tsp of mustard seeds
A few curry leaves
1 tsp of chana dal
1 tsp urad dal (split black gram)
1 tsp chopped ginger and green chillies
Hing dissolved in water
Salt to taste
Coriander
1 cup of grated coconut
Sliced lemon
