How to Cook Tuna Sisig with Mayonnaise | Panlasang Pinoy

This video will show you how to cook tuna sisig using a can of tuna flakes or chunks. This quick and easy Filipino recipe is budget friendly. It can be eaten as a meal with rice, or you can make one as a pulutan. This is my go to pulutan dish because the ingredients are easy to find and it is quick to make.

This sizzling tuna sisig was delicious. Who would have thought that a simple can of tuna can be made into something special? Now you know :)

Here are the ingredients for this recipe:

1 (12oz.) can tuna in water
2 medium red onion, minced
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup crushed chicharon baboy
2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 to 4 pieces Thai chili pepper, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon butter
3 tablespoons cooking oil

You can also make tuna sisig using fresh tune. Here is my video for that dish https://youtu.be/dQQTPB7QdEQ
