1 1/2 cups (240 grams) cabbage kimchi (firmly packed, juices drained), roughly chopped
3 tablespoons (45 grams) sweetened chunky peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon (5 grams) doenjang
1/2 teaspoon (3 grams) gochujang
2 tablespoons (30 grams) mayonnaise, preferably Japanese-style like Kewpie
4 slices brioche or shokupan, crusts cut off if preferred
