How to Make a Whisky Sour - Liquored Manila Ep. 2 | FEATR

Erwan Heussaff shows you how they make the Whisky Sour at Niner Ichi Nana.

Recipe: 60ml bourbon, 15ml Lime Juice, 15ml Lemon Juice, 30ml simple syrup, 22ml egg white. Dry Shake. Add Ice. Shake. Strain and pour clean with some bitters. Or pour on ice if you want a longer drink. Your basic Sour cocktail ratio is followed: Liquor: Sour : Syrup : Egg White 2:1:1:3/4 Play around with this ratio and sub the bourbon for any kind of other alcohol. Tequila, Gin, Vodka, etc. the possibilities with Sours are endless.
