Biryani is a must for all gatherings. Fish Biryani is a favourite among Sea Food lovers. Those who love Biryanis especially Chicken and Mutton Biryanis will also love the taste of Fish Biryani. In this video, I make it a point to give step by step instructions on how to make Fish Biryani at home the easy way.
Given below are the ingredients of this Fish Biryani recipe.

Ingredients:
(in the order of instructions)
For Marination:
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp Rice flour
500 gms Fish
5 tbsp Oil for shallow frying

For the Rice:
21/2 litres Water
3 Bay leaves
2 Cinnamon sticks
5 Cardamoms
1 Star Anise
5 Cloves
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Oil
Juice of 1 Lemon
500 gms Basmati Rice

For the Gravy:
6 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin
4 finely chopped Onions
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
3 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Biryani masala
2 Tomatoes
1/2 cup Curd
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Fried Onions
4 tsp Ghee
2 tbsp Food colour
