How to Make 'NDUJA at Home | Homemade Calabrian Spicy Spreadable Sausage

If you saw our previous video (https://youtu.be/VS2x1fHwEkg) then you met the King of Calabrian food: 'NDUJA. 'Nduja is a spicy pork sausage that is soft enough to be spread like butter. It's great on toast, pasta, pizza—heck, it's great on almost ANYTHING—and it's currently trending in culinary circles as "the next big thing."

The only problem is how to get it. The US can't import it directly from Italy and only a handful of companies produce it domestically (and often with stomach-churning results). So today we're welcoming a special Calabrian guest to show us how he makes his own, homemade' nduja!
