This sweet sugary version of the paratha is called Busri in Sindhi.
Many Thanks to Mrs Mumtaz Memon​ who told us “This paratha sealing technique was passed on from my grandmother who had been using it over 80 years ago. The roti rolling technique is also inherited from my grandmother.”

Sweet Nutella Sugar & Gurr paratha
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Dough as required
For Cheeni paratha (Busri):
-Cheeni (Sugar) as required
-Elaichi (Cardamom seeds) as required
For Gurh paratha (Busri):
-Gurh (Jaggery) as required
-Elaichi (Cardamom seeds) as required
For Nutella paratha:
-Nutella as required
-Oil for frying

Direction:
For Cheeni paratha (Busri):
-Take a small dough,roll out dough into round shape with the help of rolling pin,apply oil and cut from the center.
-Dust flour and roll out one side and make small ball dough again.
-Repeat the step and make small ball dough.
-Roll out small ball dough into round shape with the help of rolling pin and set aside.
-Roll out one more dough into round shape,spread sugar and cardamom seeds,place another round dough on top and seal edges.
For Gurh paratha (Busri):
-Roll out small ball dough into round shape with the help of rolling pin and set aside.
-Roll out one more dough into round shape, spread gurh and cardamom seeds,place another round dough on top and seal edges.
For Nutella paratha:
-Roll out small ball dough into round shape with the help of rolling pin and set aside.
-Roll out one more dough into round shape, spread nutella,place another round dough on top and seal edges.
-Heat oil in frying pan and fry all stuff parathas.

-Small dough ball ko rolling pin ki madad sa round shape mein bail lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Ek aur dough ko round shape mein bail lein,cheeni dal ker pheela lein,elaichi seeds dal ker upper sa round dough rakh ker edges ko seal ker lein.
For Gurh paratha (Busri):
-Small dough ball ko rolling pin ki madad sa round shape mein bail lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Ek aur dough ko round shape mein bail lein,gurh dal ker pheela lein,elaichi seeds dal ker upper sa round dough rakh ker edges ko seal ker lein.
For Nutella paratha:
-Small dough ball ko rolling pin ki madad sa round shape mein bail lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Ek aur dough ko round shape mein bail lein,nutella dal ker pheela lein,upper sa round dough rakh ker edges ko seal ker lein.
-Frying pan mein oil garam ker k saray stuff paratha fry ker lein.
